Each of the seasons offers a distinct invitation and medicine.
Summer is often long awaited and a time of emergence and growth.
I invite you to intentionally step into this lush season with a mini retreat which will include earthy inspiration from the homestead, a short yoga practice, and a guided meditation journey.
You will need:
-2 hours of uninterrupted retreat time
-A comfortable place to sit or lie in stillness
-A journal & pen
-Optional: a candle or altar space decorated in summer inspiration
-Optional: more time before or after for your marvellous self to settle and integrate in your own perfect way.
You will receive an email with zoom link and simple instructions a couple of days before our retreat.
Please note: Invite some friends and or family in your household to join the retreat, the more smiling faces, the better!
