Summer Blessing: Yoga & Cacao Journey ~ Salt Spring Island

Saturday June 17 (new moon)

11:30am-1:30pm, hosted at mi casa near Central.

Each of the seasons offers a distinct invitation and medicine.

Summer is often long awaited and a time of emergence and growth.

I invite you to intentionally step into the gates of this luscious season with a mini retreat which will include a little yoga, cacao ceremony, a guided meditation journey, and bright inspiration.

You will need:

-A vessel/mug for cacao

-Yoga mat & cushion

-A journal & pen

-2 full hours to drop in to full presence
