Peace Pause: 4 Week Intro to Seated & Walking Meditation

Learn the basics of seated and walking meditation. The skills of gentleness and presence greatly support our human journey through the complexities of life. Pausing is an expression of wisdom.In a time when human beings rarely find the time to just be, this is your warm invitation to come as you are, and pause in peace.
The first session will cover basics such a why meditate, comfortable postures, techniques. The second and third session we will build on the foundation, there will always be time for questions and dialogue. In our final (4th) session we will practice more in silence together to empower you to start a home practice.
